Lead the IT Engineering function, with responsibility for both existing and green-field corporate technology, manage a global team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff, as well as being a significant hands-on contributor. Implement, maintain, and extend corporate applications for productivity, security, and connectivity, including line-of-business systems owned by cross-functional peers.
This role is to join the global IT team, ensuring employees have the technical support and resources they need. Focusing on providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support, the IT Engineer manages IT operations, and contributes to enterprise system improvements. The working hours of this role will bridge the US and APAC time zones, e.g. 5AM - 2PM local Philippine time.
Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions. Co-ordinate with multiple Bell teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services. Build knowledge of the specific products within their business group and understand how the critical end-to-end processes fit together.
