You’ll be the face of IT, providing operational support for all users across the entire organization. You’ll also leading onboarding sessions and ensuring users are set up for success from day one. You’ll contribute to IT team growth, by ensuring IT operational processes are well documented and continuously improved.
Key responsibility is to enable our users to get the most from our technology platforms, helping them solve problems, fixing issues they experience and understanding how they work and how we can make them more efficient. Supporting End Users with day to day issues with their current technology platforms and enabling new technology rollout including user training.
As an IT Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting end-user computing, cloud applications, and basic network troubleshooting within our organization. You will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, assisting in the resolution of common IT issues, and contributing to IT projects.
