We are looking for an experienced NOC Linux Specialist to support our Hunt: Showdown NetOps department. This is a freelance remote role based in Poland. You will be responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of Crytek’s 24×7 gaming network across multiple data-centers, games, and platforms. Please note that this role requires working in shifts (including night shifts).

As a Networking Engineer on the Cloud Operations team, you will design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure and work closely with DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering teams. You’ll ensure our services are fast, reliable, and secure across multiple cloud environments. Responsibilities include designing cloud-based network architectures, implementing network hardware and software components, and troubleshooting complex network issues.

Engineers complex technical solutions for Truist's Mainframe Network. Performs problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex issues, including programming and debugging. Responds to issues in a timely manner, analyzes trends, and develops recommendations for long-term improvements. Documents end-user interactions and communicates issue resolution status.

The Network Analyst will communicate via phone, email and in system notes with the client and internal stakeholders. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems is expected, with Linux or Unix a plus. Efficiently and accurately manages inbound calls from all GTT customers and provides the highest standards of Customer Service on all inbound calls.

The Infrastructure department is responsible for influencing and tracking change, providing frontline support, and delivering software-defined solutions. This role will help support and improve the company's global server environment with a network of ~8,000 on-premises servers worldwide, contributing to the stability, performance, and security of the infrastructure.
