Managed Services are provided to Veeva's R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications, aiming to be trusted partners and ensure they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer. As a RIM Consultant, you will support a group of customers, understand their business processes, provide guidance, discuss Vault changes, and apply all the required configurations, while actively collaborate with other teams at Veeva shaping ideas.

We are seeking a highly experienced and customer focused Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead our Service Management and Engineering functions. You will be the central point of contact for Google Workspace topics and technically support our customers through their digital transformation process. You will attend customer appointments in which you prepare the migration and integration of Google Workspace and then carry it out yourself or together with the team.

Assist with the deployment, end user support, implementation, data migration, and training for internal ConnectWise software suite for employees across all New Era locations domestically in the US and internationally. Provide application support to all internal users of ConnectWise, related integrations, and supporting applications, ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved within SLAs.
