Evaluate and mitigate legal, ethical, and financial risks. Implement an effective Compliance Plan to prevent and detect violations of law, and promote an organizational culture that encourages a commitment to compliance. Oversee all legal affairs, including contracts and regulatory matters, and coordinate risk management activities across the enterprise.

Manages and performs monitoring and testing as required by compliance policies and procedures, including email/texting surveillance and OFAC/AML reviews.
