Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Compliance Specialist to join our team in the manufactured home and chattel lending and servicing sector. The role requires the ability to understand the desired end result of a task and drive it through to completion with minimal oversight, while effectively balancing multiple projects and adapting to shifting business priorities.

In this position, you will be a part of a dedicated team responsible for executing strategic projects to advance the compliance priorities, risk and control, regulatory and efficiency opportunities, delivering high priority compliance projects within the US and Canadian markets. You will support audits and reviews of our AML Compliance program and engage with internal stakeholders and support resolution.

As a Senior Director of GRC, you will be a highly visible leader within Vanta’s Security team, responsible for running Governance, Risk, and Compliance efforts. You will oversee governance, risk, and compliance functions, ensure ongoing compliance to certifications, and drive the program to meet FedRAMP Authorization.

This role supports the legal team in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The candidate will play a key role in the growing company, as it serves the needs of the rapidly expanding healthcare services client base across the United States. As Intellectual Property Counsel, you will support teams across Vanta on a range of interdisciplinary IP and product issues as Vanta rapidly scales. You'll counsel Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams on matters ranging from patents to technology partnerships to product compliance and foster innovation by strategically growing Vanta’s intellectual property portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for building and leading Lyric’s legal function from the ground up, with a focus on supporting our global enterprise growth and ensuring our business operates with both speed and confidence. As our go-to expert for commercial contracts and compliance, you’ll set the bar for negotiating with large enterprises, balancing risk with opportunity, and protecting Lyric’s long-term interests.

You will play a critical role in resolving post-payment disputes related to Workers’ Compensation bills, conducting provider outreach, negotiating disputed charges, and ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations to support cost containment efforts and ensure appropriate bill reimbursement for clients.

This role as Senior Manager, AML Compliance, will lead our Compliance team, responsible for Flywire Global Corp., Flywire’s licensed U.S. entity. The candidate will manage and administer Flywire Global Corp’s Anti-Financial Crimes Compliance Program. Experience in leading teams and knowledge of US and global payments compliance is required.

Bestow is looking for a Compliance Advisor III to provide a hands-on view into the design of the Bestow digital experience, advising on regulatory solutions and compliance requirements, and assisting in enhancement of the compliance program.

The Staff Counsel will focus on investigation of, and enforcement against, businesses that violate the City’s laws and rules related to the illegal sale of tobacco and uncertified micromobility devices, including e-bikes and e-scooters. The Staff Counsel will perform other functions, as necessary, within the General Counsel Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for special projects and assignments related to consumer or licensee issues or to DCWP’s operations.
