As Compliance Director, you will collaborate with the Head of Compliance to strategically direct Tilt's Compliance Program across domestic and international entities. You will expertly identify and mitigate compliance risk across various teams and manage relationships with external parties. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer lending and related regulations, with a preference for experience in building global compliance programs.

Attorneys will work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration or mediation.
