Lead the Regional Branch Operations Teams and report to the Vice President of Field Operations. Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports within the regional branches. Design, develop, and implement plans, processes, systems, and methodologies for improving Field Operations performance including the areas of customer service, growth, quality, and operational productivity.
