Lead the Regional Branch Operations Teams and report to the Vice President of Field Operations. Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports within the regional branches. Design, develop, and implement plans, processes, systems, and methodologies for improving Field Operations performance including the areas of customer service, growth, quality, and operational productivity.

As an Assistant Regional Manager, you'll support in overseeing a group of Guidepost Montessori schools by quarterbacking the success of the region. You'll work with a team of specialists and manage school leaders to meet programmatic standards and achieve holistic success. The position requires a candidate to interpret data while achieving school success.
