Headway is looking for a Senior Real-Time Analyst (Sr. RTA) to help scale our Workforce Management (WFM) operations and support the day-to-day execution of live support performance. The CX team is the tip of the spear that will make affordable healthcare a reality for millions, and this role ensures that service is delivered effectively and efficiently.
As a Senior Facilities Operations Manager, you’ll act in a national capacity, working closely with the Head of Property and Facilities, internal partners and vendors to deliver new spaces, exit old ones and deliver strategies defined alongside the broader Facilities team. You’ll drive occupancy, optimise commercial arrangements and implement sustainability credentials across the portfolio.
The Project Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Care & Access Operations, and will work with staff across the Division to create and adhere to project plans to support the priorities, goals, and outcomes of the Care & Access Division. The Project Manager will track multiple projects simultaneously, establish realistic project plans, and hold key stakeholders accountable for meeting milestones.
The Project Manager will manage the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of a low to moderately complex project to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements. Pharmaceutical and digital experience is a must!
