The Implementation Manager will manage customers' journeys with the HR Acuity suite, leading clients through implementation and adoption of solutions. They will manage projects, ensuring communication and adherence to timelines, fostering relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Mentoring clients on business process optimization and change management ensures successful adoption.
The Project Manager is responsible for excellent delivery on their assigned piece of business and will own various types of projects. This includes the planning, coordination, creation, and launch of project deliverables, communicating and facilitating a strategically aligned implementation plan across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams. He or she will also define project scope and objectives and develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
This role involves building the systems, processes, and culture that allow the Doctronic team to operate with excellence while they grow rapidly. The Head of Business Operations will lead core operations across HR, finance, and company processes, partner with founders to reinforce company culture, build and optimize processes, drive data-informed decision making, and support vendor management.
