Requires a proactive approach to driving cloud transformation strategies, ensuring delivery excellence, and identifying upsell opportunities, working with AWS architects and engineers to align solutions with business needs.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product-line-specific product managers and our Director of Product Management to translate the strategic vision for AI capabilities into actionable tasks, driving the successful integration of AI features across our product lines.

Leveraging world-leading technology, as a Product Owner, you will lead the product development process, facilitate agile methodology, communicate the product vision, manage the product backlog, define scope boundaries, and ensure quality standards are met. You will collaborate with stakeholders, refine user stories, and remove impediments.

Serve as the agile scrum master of teams, manage, prioritize, and execute objectives through Jira tickets and cross-functional communication. Run refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Communicate technical constraints, maintain project status, and provide updates to stakeholders. As a Product Manager on Star’s compliance product team, you own all of the “what” questions – what problems should we be solving for our customers, what do we need to do to win in our markets, what is the specific value proposition, what are the critical features that will meet the needs of our customers and increase their success.

You will act in agile rituals, facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, remove impediments, support the Product Owner, monitor Performance and encourage squads to focus on results and delivering value to the customer.
