The Select (Majors) Account sales team are responsible for revenue growth in the new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective Enterprise accounts for Samsara by total addressable opportunity. You should be an energetic evangelist and passionate about introducing a transformative new technology into the market. You should have a history of over-achievement and be comfortable selling into all levels of an Enterprise organisation.

Support our growth and play an active role in our company development in Nordics and Benelux Region. The main goal of this position is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as machine building, robotics, automotive electronics etc. Achieve individual sales targets with assigned pools of English and Swedish, Danish, Norvegian speaking customers.

Build and nurture relationships with global life sciences leaders, becoming a trusted voice who helps them see what’s possible. Develop and lead account strategies that turn insight into action, uncovering new ways for Redica to accelerate our customers’ goals. Partner with teams across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align Redica’s capabilities with customer needs, ensuring our solutions directly address their most pressing quality, compliance, and regulatory challenges.

This is a hybrid role suited to a proactive hunter with exceptional enterprise sales acumen, focusing on building and managing sales pipeline within the UKI region. The role involves engaging C-Suite stakeholders, articulating the strategic impact of workplace analytics and AI-powered decision intelligence, and navigating complex organizations to influence decisions, acquire new customers, and expand existing ones. Deep subject-matter expertise in the Workplace Technology and PropTech domains is desired.
