As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will nurture relationships with mid-market customers, helping them unlock greater impact. You’ll guide customers to maximize their use of Bloomerang’s platform and introduce them to new products and services. Responsibilities include fielding marketing qualified leads for the sales team, developing sales skills, and turning leads into opportunities.

You will develop and execute growth strategies that align with defined key business metrics, in order to produce revenue growth, cost savings and profitability. You will focus on increasing the territory client base and expanding the regional book of business in order to achieve annual targets. You must possess self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team and have strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence.

This role involves building relationships across the target customer base and positioning their unmanned inspection services. The ideal candidate has experience in offshore oil & gas or submarine cables and a willingness to learn and build connections. This role is based in either Austin, TX (Preferred) or Los Angeles, CA; remote may be considered.

The Drayage Business Development Specialist will play a key role in the continued expansion of Arrive's Drayage service offering. This role is responsible for driving drayage engagement across the Business Development sales floor across all of Arrive’s offices. This includes supporting new BD opportunities, direct selling, assisting with onboarding new accounts, retaining active accounts and managing key Customer relationships.

The Physician Liaison effectively plans, analyzes, and implements outreach efforts in the market area. This role develops and maintains relationships within the physician community to enhance communication and build the referral base for Shriners Children’s. Conducts referral assessments to support strategic initiatives and identify market opportunities.
