Focus on prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with prospects over the phone and email, showcasing innovative data analytics.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Sales will be charged with developing and leading commercial strategy and execution and will have direct oversight of sales, corporate development, marketing, and customer success teams. The successful candidate will be an established commercial leader and is capable of scaling across the health system, provider, and hospital-at-home / post-acute care markets.

The Business Development Associate provides critical business development and operational support for sales teams, focusing on managing proposal processes, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining sales materials, and ensuring pipeline integrity. The individual will serve as a central point of coordination for RFP/RFI requests, proposals, and new business opportunity planning, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

This role blends business development, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership to drive adoption and innovation in our digital wallet ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, digital payments, and partner engagement.

The Business Development Director is responsible for leading the enterprise sales cycle and will focus on resolving hospitals and health systems greatest challenges with GHX evidence-based solutions. The successful candidate will be energetic, self-starter who shares a passion for transforming the current healthcare system and a hunger to drive revenue growth through new business acquisition.

Engage in business development, sales, and marketing activities and identify collaboration opportunities with major clients and other companies. Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and tactics to support growth and company priorities. Capture and extrapolate data from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to identify and promote sales opportunities through leads and client intelligence. Assist in drafting, negotiating, managing, and executing all contracts and agreements between PreventionGenetics and other entities. Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references. Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales; and recommending new products, services, applications, and sales strategies.
