As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Solink, you will identify exceptional technical talent, introduce candidates to Solink, and ensure they have a positive recruitment experience. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to understand their hiring needs and help Solink achieve its steep growth trajectory.

Source and attract top technical talent through various channels. Interview and assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize internal ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates. Conduct weekly hiring syncs, providing data driven updates and insights.
