The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers at the district level and selling Newsela’s suite of products, to bring engaging learning content to school districts in your region. You’ll employ solution-based selling techniques and solution mapping, along with your strong negotiation and closing skills, to ensure school board preparation and approval.

As Supervisor, Northern Region Expansion, you will lead and drive the performance of our Cities Account Management team in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. You will guide the team in managing and growing a portfolio of top strategic merchants, ensuring consistent portfolio growth, boosting sales performance, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our merchant partners. Your leadership will be key to expanding our presence and success across the Northern region.

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for creating, executing, and collaborating on account plans for Strategic Accounts and their partnerships. As a Principal Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical hands-on role in ensuring the success of our strategic customers, enabling them to unlock the full value of our systems and services. You will lead deep technical engagements across a portfolio of high-value accounts, guiding onboarding, integration, performance optimization, and production scaling and be the go-to technical partner for customer engineering teams.
