As a People Associate, you will support a range of HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, resource planning, and talent management. You will provide guidance on employee relations matters, develop HR policies, and assist with organizational change. The role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Provide fixed-term parental leave coverage for a period of 8 months. This role will report and work in partnership with the Senior Director - P&C International, and will closely collaborate with Senior Leaders, People Managers, and employees to provide daily support for regional India People & Culture requirements. The key focus of this role will be to offer hands-on, day-to-day support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Regional Partner role.
