The Senior Director of Enterprise Engineering will lead the IT Operations and Systems Engineering functions, serving as the cornerstone for technology enablement across Vanta, overseeing all aspects of employee technology and enterprise systems strategy. This role is both strategic and operational, balancing the long-term roadmap for IT with the daily delivery of world-class service and reliability and partnering cross-functionally to make smart technology investments that scale.

You will be a key member of our team, making technical decisions that will shape the company’s future. As an IT Manager, you will lead the systems, security, and operational foundations that keep our organization running smoothly. You will be responsible for identity and access management, driving endpoint security and compliance, implementing zero-trust access, and building automated workflows that strengthen our SOC 2 readiness.

This role is critical to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly while also helping us scale for the future. Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues, monitor daily reports and logs for errors, serve as the first line of support for internal teams experiencing operational tech issues, and escalate and coordinate fixes with engineering as needed.

This role supports business functions by automating processes, developing Flows, creating dashboards and reports, maintaining clean data, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with teams to enhance productivity.

Analyzes and designs clinical workflow and utilizes change management techniques to facilitate process improvement. Supports Radiologist workflow with Dictation integrations for third party dictation and Speech Recognition tools. Actively participates in teaching and training customers via a travel schedule that is consistent with the requirements of the position.
