We are seeking a Cloud Practice Lead to lead and grow our cloud practice, developing cloud strategies, managing teams, and ensuring successful cloud solution delivery. The primary focus will be on AWS and Azure platforms, with GCP experience considered a plus. This leadership role will drive innovation, support client success, and ensure operational excellence across all cloud engagements.

The Engineering Technical Support team is a hands-on engineering team focused on solving technical challenges, improving developer efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations for engineering teams. Assist in developing and maintaining web applications, from the frontend (React) to backend (AWS APIs, Lambda, and databases). Contribute to fixing bugs and optimizing existing features. Support code deployment, continuous integration, and production issue resolution.

Drive second line of defense technology compliance initiatives and play a critical role in building and overseeing the design, implementation and monitoring of a technology control framework. Build, maintain and provide oversight over a technology controls inventory to mitigate technology risks and meet regulatory requirements, technology policies and technology frameworks. Assist with the build and implementation of control a monitoring and testing program over technology control effectiveness and key metrics.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science and 2 or more years of related experience, as well as fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. We are looking for individuals who can successfully diagnose the entire technology stack, from the front end to the back end, to determine where to start troubleshooting an issue.

Lead and execute end-to-end cloud migration projects as an experienced AWS Migration Engineer. Design and implement AWS migration strategies and lead complex migration projects. Optimize infrastructure for cloud, collaborate, and provide technical guidance. Implement secure, scalable network architectures in AWS.
