As a key member of the Systems Administration team within Operations Engineering, you will be responsible for the administration and operations of the global cloud infrastructure that runs our SaaS product. Contribute to Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code for ServiceNow’s global private cloud. Develop tools in Python, bash, and JavaScript to replace manual work and improve customer maintenance experience.

You will be working on answering support requests from potential customers to setting up a local proxy to debug outgoing Web3 requests. Responsible for ensuring that we provide resolutions to customers quickly and translate customer hardships into actionable items for our developer team to fix. You will be crucial in debugging the core issues customers are having.

In this role, you will serve as a Tier 2 support professional, ensuring that technical requests escalated via the support system are triaged and handled quickly and accurately. Working within a highly matrixed and collaborative environment, you will troubleshoot technical issues. This is a mid to senior level position serving as an individual contributor.

In this role, you will work with other members to mitigate vulnerabilities on Linux-based systems, implement STIGs, address POAMs, and mitigate Zero-Day vulnerabilities. standard Linux administration duties will be included in this role.The successful candidate should possess advanced systems troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.

The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of the Company’s infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery planning. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex projects.

As a System Architect, you will design, implement, and maintain server and network systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with company standards and adapt to evolving technical environments. You will lead the company’s Network and IT Systems design and architecture, establish company-wide processes for server installation, and maintain virtual environments.

On-call monitoring the platform with our monitoring systems; Finding and solving problems and incidents in the environments. Provides incidents/changes/problems management.

Manage the lifecycle, security, and overall management of all corporate IT endpoints, both physical and cloud-based. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for boosting operational efficiency and security through effective endpoint management. You will implement Zero Touch Deployment processes, manage software patching for internal and third-party tools, and provide escalation support to the Service Desk.
