We are looking for an IT Support person to join our team and assist us in solving technical problems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Tasks: Providing user support for technical issues (remotely); Monitoring systems and responding to requests; Basic database administration; Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents.

Design and administer networks based on Cisco, Arista and Huawei technologies. Configure and maintain network services in AWS (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, etc.). Integrate AWS services with on-premises data centers and office networks. Develop and implement Ansible and AWX playbooks for swift network device provisioning. Establish CI/CD pipelines for network configuration changes.

The IT team at Glydways is responsible for the comprehensive management of corporate applications and day-to-day technical operations. This role will be integral in supporting our daily operations, encompassing technical support, and will also drive key project implementations such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and the development of IT policies, among others.

You will be working for the AWS Practice which consists of some of the best Architects, DevOps Engineers and Consultants. The customer engagements are varied and the exposure to cutting-edge technologies is always present. You will assist in implementing and supporting large-scale cloud implementations on Amazon AWS. Other duties include architecting and implementing cloud solutions for different applications, automating cloud operations and cloud deployments.

The team exists between Support/TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and Engineering. Members of the team may work with new products and software very early in the new product lifecycle, provide training, replicate a complex issue or help improve features for supportability and usability. You will be engaging with Cortex Cloud–The code to cloud to SOC platform that secures apps from code to runtime.

The client is migrating the SAS platform to version 9.4 on a Red Hat Linux infrastructure, and the mandate is limited to the infrastructure layer and configuration of the SAS platform, without involving analytical or business aspects. Responsibilities include validating software components, performing a complete SAS repository check, downloading, installing, and configuring SAS 9.4, evaluating the server environment, configuring the SAS platform post-installation, and documenting technical actions.

The NOC Support Administrator will work as part of a NOC team that supplies complete support for all aspects of managed database and application infrastructure operations to a variety of Pythian’s customers. You will monitor application performance and system alerts, respond to incidents, and escalate issues according to established protocols, actively participating in customer incidents.

Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing. Collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success and Sales Teams to build new features and fix bugs, define and shape the product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy.
