The Mac and Mobility Engineering Group is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to support iOS/iPadOS, and optionally macOS. This role involves engineering related to enterprise integration of iOS/iPadOS, and optionally macOS, within a regulated environment. The candidate will be a key contributor in a global team, ensuring effective collaboration across different groups.

Seeking an Azure Administrator to join the Production Support Team, responsible for managing the agency’s applications, providing technical support and leading troubleshooting activities; serve as the SME on small projects and on various operational/production support tasks as assigned. Responsibilities include Azure Management, Deployment & Provisioning, Security & Compliance, Backup & Recovery, Troubleshooting, Documentation, and Collaboration.

This role provides escalation support for server and cloud systems to RFA and its clients. Support areas include all Client and RFA computer infrastructure. The IT Automation Engineer is a force-multiplier for the IT and Security teams, focused on improving operational efficiency by automating manual tasks. This role leverages scripting and workflow tools to streamline Tier 1 operations and integrate various enterprise systems. Identify repetitive Tier 1 tasks (e.g., password resets, ticket routing, patch triggers) and build solutions to fully automate them.

The M365 Exchange Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online environments. This role will also provide advanced engineering expertise for Proofpoint Platform solutions, support multi-tenant environments, and play a key role in M&A and divestiture projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise messaging, security, and cloud collaboration technologies.

As a Senior Workplace Engineer, you will be the central point of contact for our customers when it comes to the planning, implementation and operation of modern endpoint management solutions, with a special focus on Microsoft Intune. You will bring in-depth technical know-how and a feel for customer-oriented solutions and strategic advice.

Azure Engineer plays a key role in the design, development, and management of our Azure infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing Azure public cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in provisioning and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure resources, as well as strong skills in identifying and resolving complex issues efficiently and professionally.
