This position is responsible for leading the enterprise applications, data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions within the IT organization. This includes developing and executing strategies for enterprise applications, data governance, and AI-driven solutions. The role provides leadership and direction to ensure that the enterprise applications and data aligns with business objectives and delivers value across the enterprise.

Technical responsibility for our IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our office and IT systems. This role includes defining and implementing a future-proof cloud strategy including budget, capacity, and lifecycle planning. You will provide technical leadership & people development, coaching and developing the team as well as prioritizing tasks in daily and project business. You will be responsible for service & license management, SLA monitoring, escalation management and continuous improvement of the IT service desk.

Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them maximize their Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Address technical support requests-tickets from customers who subscribed to a Microsoft 365 trial, utilizing troubleshooting knowledge and tools to resolve issues. Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward perpetual subscriptions, increased workload usage, and higher license consumption.

In this varied role, you will take over responsibility for the SAP MM modules in national and international projects and ensure technical feasibility. You will focus on SAP MM and SAP MDM, advising SAP users on change requests. You will also be a Solution Architect in the MM module for S/4HANA implementations and conversions, modelling SAP business processes in Materials Management and participating in the planning of SAP MM solutions.

In this varied role, you will take over functional responsibility for the SAP PP modules in national and international projects and ensure technical feasibility. Comprehensive SAP PP module consulting and development activities focussing on SAP PP and SAP PP/DS. Advising SAP users and key users on the feasibility of change requests. Solution Architect in the PP module for S/4HANA implementations and conversions. Modelling and harmonisation of SAP business processes in the area of production planning and responsibility for customising. Participation in the planning, conception and realisation of SAP PP solutions.

This role involves driving complex strategic deals and engaging at an executive level in solution designs for large enterprise workflows such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report, etc. The role is responsible for engaging with ServiceNow’s executive team to understand and contribute to innovation opportunities in the market and platform. The Services Sales Architect will also participate in industry solutioning across verticals such as FinServ, Manufacturing, Technology, etc.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of multiple cloud-hosted Tenants and on-premises systems, serving as the first point of contact for escalated issues and providing critical support to ensure seamless operations across the infrastructure. The team must be willing to work after hours, within deadlines to meet milestones, schedule meetings, multi-task to meet demand.

Responsible for designing and implementing Workday solutions to meet business specific needs, including leading the entire system development lifecycle, advising on architectural decisions, configuring the Workday system and ensuring the solution aligns with best practices and requirements. Collaborates closely with project teams to deliver a successful implementation.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements and optimize customer engagement.
