The Associate General Counsel will support Atropos Health’s legal team across a broad spectrum of matters and will handle diverse legal challenges. This role involves responsibility for commercial contracting and provides support across areas including IP, employment law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Provide expert acquisition and contracting support for Space Force programs, particularly under the Golden Dome initiative. You'll draft, review, and advise on procurement documentation and advise program managers and government contracting officers on contract type selection, evaluation criteria, and negotiation strategies.

The primary job function is to conduct extensive legal research, analyze information, and compose legal opinions and resolutions in support of Company policies and contractual obligations. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Virginia.

You will collaborate with the Director of Contracts Management to oversee, review, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle. You will play a key role in handling all aspects of government contracts, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with government contracts. Ensure strict adherence to Federal Government Regulations and company policies related to contract compliance and administration.

Administer the franchise application and contract process for franchise store sales, builds, refranchises, and outside investors. Ensure compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Disclosure Laws for the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreements. Maintain Franchise Legal System database and act as primary liaison between Franchisees, DPLLC Entities and Outside Vendors.

The Enhanced Due Diligence Lead is responsible for developing the strategy for onboarding new products and services. They will enhance the EDD infrastructure to address new or changed regulation or industry trends, improve scale and efficiency, and lead various AML programs and processes. This role involves advising business partners on regulatory requirements and best business practices associated with new products and services.

The Export Control Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MSK’s Export Control Compliance Program (ECP). This position ensures institutional compliance with U.S. export control regulations and manages collaborative research agreements linked to sponsored research funding.
