As a Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst, you'll establish a compliance program for the KOHO technology team, working with standards like RPAA, OSFI B-10, and OSFI B-13. You will build KRI’s that align with the relevant compliance obligations, translate complex information into documentation, and coordinate evidence packages for audits. You will also advise leadership on risk management strategies.

The KYC Specialist will help oversee the company’s KYC program, ensuring efficient onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and enhanced due diligence processes. This role requires KYC operations and technical expertise in handling large data sets, writing queries, generating reports, and implementing workflow improvements within compliance systems.

Visa Case Investigation and Enforcement (CIE), works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. The Rules & Compliance team works to ensure the safety, security and integrity of the payment system and to support Visa clients in the development of their electronic payments business. This is a remote position.

The role involves being a core part of the compliance operational team at onboarding, performing KYC, CDD & EDD on new corporate and individual customers, and assessing the risks presented against the Currencycloud risk appetite in each case. Responsibilities include reviewing client applications, conducting customer due diligence, sanction screening, and escalating urgent cases.

In this role, you will be a key advisor to Affirm’s fast-growing sales, partnerships, and merchant success teams. Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of global commercial agreements, including highly complex and novel agreements. Collaborate with and provide strategic and legal advice to various cross-functional teams. Manage and resolve legal issues that arise in existing domestic and international commercial relationships.

Assist in creating the Forbes Lists, Legal, by managing spreadsheets and nominee database, researching nominated lawyers and law firms, and handling outreach. Edit bios/blurbs and verify employment details and current formal titles.

As a Senior Commercial Counsel reporting to the Managing Counsel Lead, you will be helping us meet growing business demands and continue to provide excellent contractual support to our Sales team as well as the Partnership and Procurement teams. Draft, review and negotiate technology contracts of all types and other legal documents.

This position provides a flexible remote work arrangement and will be supporting the Indianapolis, Indiana office location. Job duties include ensuring laborers are aware of prevailing wages and required postings, maintaining knowledge of labor laws, and performing quality assurance of contractor payroll records.
