Supervise the day-to-day operations of our call center during second shift, support team members in real time with call escalations and troubleshooting, and monitor individual and team performance metrics, coaching for success in a fully remote role.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative team managing multiple job tasks. Responsibilities include compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, state radiation training), procurement, and training of back-office staff on clinical procedures. The position requires travel and residence in MD, NJ, or PA.
