You will own and optimize Vanta's SDR operations and be the strategic force behind scaling SDR productivity and efficiency by building repeatable processes, improving tooling, and leveraging data insights. Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure the SDR engine is firing on all cylinders. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance SDR productivity and overall revenue growth.
