You'll partner with Nava project teams and our governmental partners to quickly and creatively build digital services in alignment with evolving policy and regulations. A key aspect of your role will be to bridge the gap between statutory requirements and practical product design, ensuring our solutions are compliant and user-centric. You’ll translate complex policies into actionable insights for technologists, and conversely, communicate technological possibilities and limitations to policy and operations audiences.

LINK is looking for a Senior Strategist with a strong background in Communications or Public Affairs to join our dynamic team. You will interface directly with clients to understand their unique challenges, provide consultative strategies and executive-level solutions, distill narratives from client-provided content, and collaborate with the creative team to execute visual products that align with the client’s brand, industry, and culture.
