The dscout team is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the growing company and the Finance team. Reporting to the Controller, the role involves ensuring transactions are reported accurately, accounts are reconciled, and financial statements are prepared timely. Much of this work will be collaborative, and involve close partnerships with many other departments across dscout.
As a Controller, you will play a critical role in scaling the finance organization and ensuring a robust foundation of financial controls, reporting, and operational excellence. This executive will oversee the Accounting, Billing and Collections, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax teams—driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all areas. You’ll be a trusted partner to the CFO and a core contributor to building scalable infrastructure.
The Project Finance Accountant (PFA) works with the working capital team to ensure that the company is achieving project profitability and billability through the provision of timely financial information, and the financial management of client projects. The PFA is responsible for managing project financials on a day-to-day basis and assisting the working capital team with accurate project financial reconciliation.
This role will own the end-to-end revenue accounting for Firstup and conduct research on complex revenue arrangements, working closely across multiple teams within the company to address revenue accounting matters in the application of U.S. GAAP, and maintenance of revenue accounting policies. In addition, you will work closely with our financial reporting and GL accounting teams in support of the quarterly and annual financial reporting process.

The AP/Payroll Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions, including payables, record keeping, reconciliations, and month/year-end preparations; you will work cohesively with the Accounts Payable Manager, Payroll Dept, and Accounting Team. This is a fast-paced role and will require effective multitasking, independent work, and time management.
