The Business Solutions Architect plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for leading the intake, evaluation, and implementation of new business initiatives and client integrations, designing efficient workflows, and ensuring seamless data exchange across internal and external systems. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, process improvement expertise, and technical understanding of data workflows.

Manage analytics tasks, write tickets, test new releases, and coordinate processes between Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth launches and clear communication.

Turn our delivery data and knowledge into action. You’ll own KPI frameworks, quality control, MPAD governance, and our Guru knowledge base—creating a trusted single source of truth. You will stitch insights across HubSpot (deals, Go‑Live statuses) and Jira (project/tasks) to drive transparency and continuous improvement.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll translate regulatory product filings into clear, actionable business requirements for configuration teams, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in bringing products to market. You will work with Product Managers, Regulatory Compliance, Actuarial, and IT teams to build and maintain policy configurations aligned with approved filings and business objectives.

Assists in the development of workflows for clinical placement software integration project, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and serves as the main point of contact for software vendors. Develops and implements a change management strategy to prepare staff for system changes. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Use data to provide value-added analysis on business operations. Assist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as needed; Help with product operations. Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture. Contribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metrics.

Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications, driving the evolution of payment, wallet, and compliance features. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — leveraging AI tools to enhance discovery, automate documentation, and deliver data-driven insights that shape the future of the platform.

As a Legion Senior Consultant, you will lead the evolution of Legion's implementation methodology, learning from their experiences, while ensuring Consultants are achieving a level of consulting certification. This individual contributor role is focused on leading customers to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency, by configuring, testing, delivering the system and supporting customer training.

As a Business Analyst, you will join the Record-to-Report (R2R) team and contribute to a global ERP transformation program, replacing multiple legacy systems with a unified Oracle-based platform. You will collaborate with business users and implementation partners to ensure solutions align with SGS’s global template and meet standardized requirements across regions.
