This role will develop and execute the strategic vision for marketing, eCommerce, sales and service initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. You will manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Provide marketing and ecommerce leadership across multiple platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Commerce, WordPress, and Shopify.

As a technical leader, guide customers through technical discovery, design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, and ensure seamless implementation. Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions as a trusted advisor and technical expert, thriving in solving complex problems and building strong relationships.
