This role serves to ensure corporate secretarial compliance, board governance, and subsidiary management. The role will provide legal and strategic input into corporate structuring decisions, joint ventures, and investor or lender relations connected to major loan agreements, and shareholder arrangements.
This individual will be part of the Operations legal team and must possess deep substantive expertise in global trade areas core to the Medtronic Diabetes business, advising on complex legal regulatory questions and contribute to high-level policy decision-making. This role will provide import and customs compliance advice mitigating risks and provide support to Global Trade Operations.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the launch and ongoing operation of new investment products, including hedge funds and separately managed accounts.
