The Contracts Manager is primarily responsible for independently reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts while also managing and coordinating the full contracts cycle. Provide legal advice and support to Binance’s business and compliance teams on issues related to anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements. The Director/Senior Director, Contracts Counsel will lead the contracts function for Invivyd, working across functions and teams as a trusted partner to proactively facilitate the efficient drafting, negotiation, execution, and tracking of contracts, providing comprehensive contract lifecycle management from contract request to signature and repository.
