This position reports to a line of business executive and will directly handle Construction related claims. The successful candidate will evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities as well as ensuring appropriate investigation of the underlying facts and circumstances is carried out, proper experts are retained and utilized where necessary, selection and utilization of counsel is appropriate, and proper negotiation strategy is employed.

As a member of the Product & Commercial Legal Services Team, this team member will provide high-quality commercial contract support to Sandisk’s Procurement Organization, including negotiation and administration of commercial agreements and collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners. This full-time position will report to the Senior Legal Counsel, Global Commercial Contracts.

As Investigator Contracts Lead you will be responsible for direct site-facing contract and budget negotiations through contract execution with assigned clinical investigator sites including initial agreements and amendments and oversight of other contracting professionals on assigned studies. This also includes managing the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for assigned studies, managing escalation and resolution for budget and non-legal term issues, and collaborating with other lines to plan site contracting timelines though start-up.

Provide legal advice, guidance and expertise on routine transactional agreements, legal matters and makes decisions that could have substantial impact on the Company’s revenue/risk. Responsible for the preparation of Request for Proposal responses, the negotiation, interpretation and/or administration of contracts, subcontracts and licensing agreements; prepares contracts for review and ensures compliance with company policy as well as applicable laws/regulations.

An Associate Attorney (Wage & Hour) is needed to manage a docket of employment law cases, ensuring efficient case progression, and achieving favorable outcomes for clients, including developing case strategies tailored to individual client needs and legal circumstances. They will work closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to streamline case workflows and maintain clear, consistent communication.

This position is responsible for the overall management of regulatory processes that impact the claims department, with heavy emphasis on the Medicare Advantage and Medicaid lines of business. It involves implementing regulatory and plan design processes to meet CMS compliance and member expectations. As a subject matter expert, the role involves responding to requests from external and internal customers and facilitating resolution of issues or process improvements using multi-functional teams.
