This role is part of the ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) team within Supply, responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring customers have access to the best rates. You'll own intake on the ARI support board, triage tasks accurately, and complete them within SLA, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and delivering a best in class service to internal and external customers.

Streamline internal processes, reporting, policies, and communications that support our partner-facing teams. Improve partner tools, enhance workflows, and drive operational efficiency—internally and externally. Collaborate with teams across partnerships, sales, legal, and marketing as part of the Revenue Operations team.
