The Practice Coordinator will handle managing all pre-visit activities associated with our in-home assessment and telehealth operations. This includes reviewing scheduled appointments, preparing charts and necessary documentation, making outbound calls to members to confirm appointments, and conducting the check-in process. They will also manage schedules, route medical records, and ensure NPs have necessary equipment.

Manage the team of School Based Enrollment Coordinators to ensure each is following the rules outlined by the district and/or state, working with School Operations Managers to understand requirements of each district and stipulations for enrollment at each school. Develop relationships with district partners and manage student enrollment and re-enrollment process, ensuring compliance with District/State enrollment requirements. Assist with internal auditing to identify and correct outstanding enrollment issues/items.

The Shared Services Representative for our National Service Department will primarily be responsible for ensuring timely follow up on maintenance replacement rentals and roadside related services, while communicating client approval of repairs to maintenance facilities. The Shared Services Representative will also assist with various tasks, projects, and reports related to managing vehicle recalls, historical repair orders, and manufacturer claims.
