Help build partnerships related to on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management solutions. As a Strategic Partnership Leader, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships that can help us assemble solutions for businesses and individuals. These partnerships may include partnerships with emerging crypto projects, fintech companies, or traditional financial institutions.

Be the driving force behind bringing top-tier crypto projects to StartEngine’s platform, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to source, vet, and sign innovative crypto companies looking to raise capital. You will manage the sales cycle from outreach to onboarding new clients and stay up-to-date on crypto and Web3 trends. You will lead and scale our partner ecosystem, working cross-functionally to identify, structure, and manage high-impact relationships across the Web3 and Web2 crypto landscape including layer 1 and layer 2 blockchains, DeFi protocols, wallets, infrastructure providers, developer platforms, fintechs, and institutional players exploring digital assets. You’ll be responsible for expanding our strategic footprint and driving measurable value through collaborations and integrations.

Assist in identifying and reaching out to local crypto creators, influencers, and community leaders for onboarding to Binance Square. Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including outreach, documentation, and technical guidance for new creators. Monitor, analyze, and report key engagement metrics and community feedback to help optimize creator campaigns and content strategies.

Drive and cultivate deep relationships with TradFi customers. Take ownership of major T1 customers & prospects, foster strong relationships internally with key decision makers and become an evangelist for the Chainlink Platform. Own and manage day-to-day relationships with high-value TradFi accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of value and strategic alignment.

Drive growth across the EU and MENA regions by building strategic partnerships, expanding liquidity, and strengthening the DeFi ecosystem through collaborations. Responsibilities include identifying blockchain projects for listing, conducting due diligence, and developing relationships with partners across the crypto ecosystem. Represent the platform at industry events, develop business strategies, and collaborate with the Marketing team. Stay updated on market trends and provide regular reports to senior management.
