As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers after they’re onboarded—helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues, and get the most value out of Apartment IQ. You’ll work collaboratively with teams to ensure customers have a seamless experience from setup to long-term success.
Build and lead the digital-first customer success motion for our self-serve segment. Accountable for engagement, activation, expansion, and retention of customers acquired through credit card transactions. Collaborate with Product to design in-app experiences and with Marketing to deliver lifecycle communications. Coordinate human interventions to ensure customer success and continuously evolve approach through experimentation.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage long-term customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to strategic customers. You'll work with executive stakeholders, ensuring high-level service and ROI through thoughtful product adoption. Partnering cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, and product teams, you'll add value by developing strong customer relationships that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
