The Talent & Community Specialist role is part of the Global Talent Community team and is responsible for executing programs, procedures, initiatives, and special projects.

Lead and optimise the organisation's talent acquisition strategy and operations. Drive the recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent to support business growth and establish the company as an employer of choice. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for several key roles, particularly within our software development, product, marketing, and design teams. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting them through every step of the process to identify, attract, and assess top talent.

As a member of the growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. You'll own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, partner with hiring managers to advise and support their corporate hiring needs, and play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment strategy.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for creating a pipeline of talent for various positions within the organization and will identify and keep in regular contact with passive and active candidates. In conjunction with the Manager, HR assess candidates’ suitability for specific positions within the organization.

Help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue by sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into Campus Managers and create a process that helps the company source and convert talented students at a fast rate. Tackle those questions and many more by directly working with the Recruiting Team Manager.

Drive an efficient, seamless, and human employee experience by optimizing core people processes, programs, and technologies. Ensure excellence in HR systems, compliance, and workplace operations while maintaining data integrity and supporting global workforce needs. Elevate, develop, and grow the skills and competencies of the People Operations team through coaching.

Support, develop, and lead a team of ERC Associates and Senior Associates. Deliver on OKRs/ KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs. Monitor and analyze volume to identify trends and assist in capacity planning. Mentor the team, including monitoring, reporting, and driving individual and team performance.

This critical role fosters relationships with employees at all levels, collaborating cross-functionally and across the People Team to drive change, foster engagement, and help teams and leaders meet business goals and ensure a best-in-class employee experience at Model N.

This role supports the SMS & Branch Network with candidate sourcing and attraction. You will manage job boards, source talent, and ensure teams have access to the best candidates. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working as part of a high-performing team.
