This role focuses on document review and preparation, utilizing your keen eye for detail. You will be creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and other documents to support the client's brand and track work progress. Key duties include creating and editing legal documents, transcribing tapes, scanning and cleaning documents, and handling sensitive information.

The primary functions of this position are to review background checks for acceptance or rejection according to company guidelines, auditing closed employment requisitions and/or other Human Resources procedures to comply with both internal procedures and/or federal and state laws. This position now functions as the back up to the Pre-Employment supervisor. Responsible for assisting with the I-9 compliance program.
