Reporting to the Executive Director, Contract Operations, the Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract drafting and management process, ensuring contracts are processed accurately and efficiently. This individual serves as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Legal, and Finance to drive operational excellence and contract compliance, while leading a team of Contract Operations professionals.

The Global Director of Program Management is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of both strategic programs and enterprise projects. The Director will lead a team of Program and Project Managers, ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all customer engagements and internal strategic initiatives. This role works closely with leadership to establish best practices and a top-tier engagement model.

Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, exceptional relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the Uganda market. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the company's strategy in Turkey, building strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a high-performance team.

Advance the relationship with our business partners and lead the division team to deliver on our Quality of Life positioning and achieve a safe working environment. Manage Client relationships, business retention, and new business development.
