As Operations Associate you will support business operations, manage the entire customer lifecycle from quote generation to invoice collection, and work closely with the CEO to optimize our financial processes.

The Manager, Workplace Strategy & Site Operations will play a pivotal role in optimizing our distributed work model by leading our real estate strategy and supporting our global team's physical environment needs. This individual will be responsible for strategically evaluating, planning, and managing physical spaces for intentional company gatherings, flexible co-working solutions, and employee home office support. This role is crucial in ensuring that our physical interactions are impactful, efficient, and align with our remote-first philosophy and company culture.

As Sealed’s Program Manager, you will be the link between Sealed and each program we support. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with utility and government program administrators. You'll lead the launch of new programs, including project management, cross-functional coordination, and resolving problems. You'll ensure accurate implementation of programs, monitor for program updates, and manage cross-functional updates.

Lead the design and execution of a scalable operating model for global post-sale teams—including CS, Support, and Professional Services. Responsible for customer journey mapping, end-to-end retention forecasting, and driving automation and process excellence via platforms like Gainsight and Salesforce. Bring a forward-leaning perspective on the use of AI tools and workflow technologies to increase CSM productivity, reduce churn risk, and optimize the customer lifecycle.
