As Rad AI’s first Market Development Representative, you’ll help build and shape a new function from the ground up, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to accelerate growth across the U.S. radiology market. The director will proactively identify partner expectations and communicate them to Career Services stakeholders.

As a Business Development Manager, you are both a practitioner and a leader, thriving in curiosity and diving deep to understand client needs. You will create materials that bring Instrument’s story to life, shaping conversations, building trust, and turning opportunities into partnerships within the Product Studio.

You'll get to identify, engage, and sell new customer business and convert lost business, building a book of $3M-$5M annually! You’ll focus efforts on relationship building, customer retention and incremental growth, and help sell the entire organization’s portfolio. Develop and/or manage leads resulting in $3-$5M in new business sales annually throughout the assigned market in all industry segments.

Lead and scale our sales-led B2B growth initiatives by developing and executing demand generation strategies that align with our go-to-market strategy. You will ensure marketing programs engage and convert mid-market to enterprise prospects through highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns. Optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions, build out and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, while leading and mentoring a high-performing demand generation team.

This is a full time remote role based in the United States. As VP External Affairs you will amplify Change.org's relationships with key conservative thought leaders, advocacy groups, political decision makers, industry associations, and nonprofit organizations. Responsibilities include developing and executing an external communications strategy, strategic partnerships, and advising senior leadership.

Fuel the organization’s revenue engine by developing new business opportunities through daily outbound prospecting activity in collaboration with Demand Generation and Sales Directors. Focus on prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with prospects over the phone and email, showcasing innovative data analytics.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Sales will be charged with developing and leading commercial strategy and execution and will have direct oversight of sales, corporate development, marketing, and customer success teams. The successful candidate will be an established commercial leader and is capable of scaling across the health system, provider, and hospital-at-home / post-acute care markets.
