- Handle routine claim inquiries accurately and document complex calls for forwarding to appropriate claim unit members, aiming to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
- Serve as a customer advocate and a member of the disaster recovery call center team, ensuring outstanding customer service and support for claim unit service goals.
