Support Ambient's companies in the Midwest region and also provide support to Corporate roles, while playing a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our rapid growth for our subsidiaries. You will report to the National Manager of Recruiting but collaborate closely with the local HR team and business leaders to support the full recruitment lifecycle.

Own candidate discovery for Delivery-side hiring (Product, Design, Software Engineering, Platform, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, etc). You’ll run targeted sourcing campaigns, conduct crisp initial screens, and hand off well-qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner. Success means a steady, predictable pipeline of high-quality candidates who pass through screening into skills assessments.

Looking for a contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support significant growth over the next 12 months. This contract TA Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the candidate experience runs smoothly at all times, and is a remote position based in India working the night shift to support U.S. time zones as part of our global recruiting operations.

The Hiring Operations Analyst will support the busy hiring function at Monzo by focusing on data and vendor management to improve hiring processes and candidate experience; they will also pull, interpret & clean data before making it easily accessible in dashboards.
