The Associate Director, Head of People Operations for Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective will lead all aspects of HR operations across our group of US based companies, ensuring seamless, efficient, and compliant people processes that enable our teams to thrive. They will build and evolve our HR operations infrastructure, systems, and vendor ecosystem, while driving continuous improvement and scalability as the group grows.

The People Operations Specialist at Local Infusion will manage core HR functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits, and compliance, while supporting broader people initiatives that make Local Infusion a high performing organization. This role will be a trusted resource to employees and leaders, helping to build and support exceptional employee experiences in a fast-paced, highly-accountable environment.

This position will be responsible for global payroll and benefits program administration. Responsibilities include PEO Transition, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Compliance and Reporting and General HR Support. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience, including payroll and benefits administration with proven expertise in both US and international contexts.

The Benefits Specialist will manage and optimize global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and pension plans, for both employees and customers. This role ensures compliance with applicable country, state, and federal regulations across the various locations where the company operates, providing expert guidance on all benefits-related matters, implementing new initiatives, and coordinating with vendors.
