As a Part-Time Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with SOC 2 Type 2 standards and assist with security reviews requested by clients, requiring attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a deep understanding of compliance standards and auditing processes.

Deliver direct legal services to a diverse customer base, addressing a wide range of legal issues, understanding the needs of individuals and businesses who come for legal help. Review customer legal documents and related questions to understand their needs. Draft written reviews of each legal document that highlights errors, summarizes risks and obligations, and answers questions.

Lead the compliance program for the trading and prime brokerage business, supporting new business activity across multiple regulated entities. Work with various business units to ensure products and services are compliant with regulations, defining the long-term strategy for Trading Compliance in the evolving digital asset space.
