We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in project management, global payroll, vendor operations, and service delivery within a global EOR context. You’ll lead initiatives to benchmark, create SOPs, manage vendor sourcing, and ensure accurate revenue/margin tracking. Your work will directly impact the scalability and efficiency of our operations.

The Senior Project Manager will focus on the planning and execution of flight demonstrations and flying displays across domestic and international markets. You will lead the planning and coordination for all aspects of flight demonstrations, encompassing all project aspects from the initial concept to execution. During the execution phase, you will serve as the onsite leader.

As Implementation Manager, you will lead the rollout of TradeLink for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate with supply chain stakeholders, translate complex logistics needs into smart digital solutions, and drive partner adoption across our platform.

This role oversees the insurance and claims lifecycle, managing claims across cargo, liability, property, and workers' compensation. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact with insurers, brokers, and legal partners and ensures policy compliance across our growing national footprint, manages certificates of insurance, and supports renewal applications and risk mitigation strategies.

This role will manage the day-to-day activities of our technical facilitators, as well as other aspects of instructor-led training delivery, including course coordination and scheduling. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics of instructor-led training (ILT), including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with learners, training sites, and/or field locations.

Be a crucial member of the Operations Team, handling the most critical part of the business and directly responsible for delivering the end product to customers. You will be working on a set of unique orders every day that will pose logistical challenges.
