The Senior Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of federal contracts while partnering with Business Development to expand BRIC’s Professional Services vertical. This role is accountable for scope, schedule, and budget across assigned efforts, oversees project teams, maintains continuous customer engagement, and ensures contract compliance and cross-functional coordination.

The manager will work on maintaining high levels of service and building relationships with customers.

The Senior Escalations Program Manager is the single-threaded owner for complex customer escalations, coordinating resources, managing executive communications, and ensuring rapid resolution. Leveraging insights from these cases, the role leads projects that eliminate root causes, streamline workflows, and scale processes.

The Business Operations Manager role is for an experienced individual contributor who will embed within our most critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strategic clarity and driving execution. You will apply broad expertise to significant and unique operational challenges, translating company strategy into actionable plans. This position requires conceptual thinking, independent judgment, and a focus on delivering measurable impact.
