As a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role within our presales team, driving innovative solutions primarily around ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, complemented by NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities. Leveraging your deep understanding of the entire data lifecycle you will build compelling solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the transformative value of the ServiceNow platform.

Develop, position and present industry-specific solutions and articulating how customers will realize the value of those solutions to achieve their goals, as well as our sales goals, within your business.

As a Solution Architect, you will be the Latitude.sh compute technical expert supporting regional Megaport & Latitude Sales Teams. This is an overlay specialist role focused on translating customer workloads into optimized compute architectures, guiding technical evaluations, and ensuring customers adopt the right Latitude.sh solutions with confidence. When customers need to understand CPUs, GPUs, bare metal performance, storage profiles, or deployment patterns, you are the primary advisor.

ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Security Solution Consultant who will be the subject matter expert providing leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement. This role takes a consultative approach with customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions, guiding revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery during sales cycles.
