As a Principal Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process, demonstrating the technical capabilities and business value of TheyDo. You’ll showcase our platform’s capabilities, shape tailored solutions, and ensure customer success through your technical knowledge and consultative approach. You'll guide customers, tackling complex challenges, and demonstrating how TheyDo delivers measurable value.

Twilio is seeking a technical leader for a team of Solutions Engineers in our Twilio Communications business. In this role, you will report to the Solutions Engineering Director, APJ. You will manage a team of Solutions Engineers and be accountable for their development, performance, and operating model within the go-to-market organisation.

Help up-level our sales process and execution, evangelize the differentiation and effectiveness of our new approach to managing the fresh supply chain, and drive the adoption of our growing product set. Partner closely with our Sales and Account Management team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
