Tasked at driving key results for Vanta's post sale teams in the form of reducing churn and increasing expansion. This includes improving and iterating on Vanta’s churn forecasting motion, building key operating rhythms and expectations for Vanta’s AM and CS team, and project managing net new process deployment Build and maintain a strong operating rhythm for Vanta’s post sale motion and inspection on Vanta’s loss metrics.

Lead certain segments of management consulting projects and interacting directly with clients, taking their strategic goals and turning them into well-defined implementation plans. Participates in preparing proposals and pursuits, including the development of project methodologies, budgets and schedules. Perform business technology research and quantitative analyses, conduct/coordinate studies, lead workshops, and create effective communication/presentation material.
