This role will develop and implement sales processes, manage a team of revenue operations professionals, and analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role also includes managing sales forecasting and reporting.

You will be part of the operations team in support of our Home and Community Care organization, responsible for ongoing data analysis to identify and implement operational improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational skills, proficiency with analytical tools, and strong communication skills. Develop short and long-term data-driven production forecasts to maximize Client acceptance opportunity.

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will design and implement scalable sales and GTM processes backed by data-driven insights. This role encompasses end-to-end process ownership, from sales funnel tracking to the optimization of operational metrics. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify business priorities, allocate resources strategically, and accelerate growth supporting multiple functions within the Revenue organization.
