This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into data, optimizing tools and workflows, and ensuring compliance as we scale. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and clarity across our People stack in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsible for candidate experience during selection processes, from scheduling interviews to identifying improvements and automation. This person will also be responsible for strategic sourcing of talents, in addition to structuring reports and analyses that help guide our recruitment decisions and identify bottlenecks in the pipeline.
As a People Partner, you will nurture the company culture and ensure people strategies align with business goals. Working with management and employees, you'll provide HR guidance, support talent management, and enhance employee engagement, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and equipped to excel.
